hey, friend. how do you even maintain a vegan diet? i think vegan dieting really depends on belief. are veggies good for you or not? that's the first question. so really...you believe that veggies are healthy. that's the belief. you just try to eat veggies when you can as you ease into your tastebuds: you'll eat mostly veggies if you like it.
